As an inside sales rep you will receive 100% warm leads leads from students who actually book a call with you. We offer daily training on-site to our sales representatives. THE DAY TO DAY:

You’ll immediately begin receiving leads from Lurn after completing our extensive training program

  1. 9 AM to 9:30 AM – We do a team-wide meeting & training with the Sales department
  2. All leads are FRESH (24-48 Hours)
  3. Products Range From $5,000 to $15,000
  4. Expect 5 to 8 call bookings a day
  5. Remainder of time is used to follow-up with past leads

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:

  1. Develop new student enrollment opportunities and create an effective follow-up process
  2. Perform weekly business plan reviews with your sales manager
  3. Student first mentality – be first to support, offer guidance and care for all leads/students
  4. Record lead/opportunity data in Salesforce CRM and ensure its accuracy

IDEAL INSIDE SALES CANDIDATE IS/HAS:

  1. BA / BS preferred
  2. Minimum 2 to 4 years of sales experience selling high-ticket products
  3. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  4. Must possess outstanding self-confidence and a high degree of tenacity
  5. Superb listener who knows how to ask effective probing questions and has the ability to close
  6. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
